Snap Drive 6.0.2 not showing the drives under the disks

Snap Drive 6.0 doesn't show any of the disks attached to the 2008 64 bit server when trying to manage it from snapdrive. The other cluster server has no issues.

Any ideas for this rookie ?

Sorry, are the physical or virtual machines?

Also, on one of our Server 2008 R2 servers, when you right click the server name and go to VMware settings, it randomly loses the settings for VMware Authentication.

All this mostly applies to VMs though.
