Hello,
I am using SnapCenter 4.3 and encountered a problem while restoring an Oracle database. The Oracle databases are on NFS mounts and the snapshots of the backups are transferred to a second cluster via SnapVault. The NFS connection is on a separate interface and VLAN.
Mounting a snapshot from the SnapVault target always fails with the message that access was denied by the server.
The only solution I have found on the net is to write the IP address of the NFS interface of the Linux server to the Vserver in its DNS table and use the FQDN of the Linux server.
Unfortunately, this was not successful.
Has anyone here perhaps had a similar case and found a solution?
Best regards
Wolfgang

You'll want a support case for this. The answer is probably buried in the SCO job logs, and you'll need some to parse though them for you.
