SnapCenter - Pre and Post Scripts

Hi,

We are using snap center 4.6 for all our SQL servers, we need to clone databases on non-production environment. Before cloning we need to run pre script (which is extracting all user permissions) and post script (applying the permissions taken in pre-script phase)

Can some one guide on how to achieve this?
