SnapCreator Framework 4.1.1. on 2012 R2 error

We where searching for a solution to get backups of our systemdrives C: from our VM's that are running on a XenServer pool.

So we found SnapCreator Framework, read the manual 2 times, read the administration manual 3 times. But i guess i've done the right things to get it up and running.

The servers are 64 bits, that's also the case for SnapCreator Agent and JAVA. I used JAVA JRE 7.72 any higher is a show stopper for Oncommand software.

But somehow there's a error we cannot pass by:
