SnapDrive with VMware RDM's

For RDM's, is there  a way to get SnapDrive 6.1 to create RDM's in virtual compatibility mode?  Or is the  only supported mode physical compatible?  In virtual compatibility mode, are  there any issues with resizing LUN's or taking snapshots?

SnapDrive 6.1 supports only physical mode RDM.

It is still true for 6.2.

Not sure whether it's gonna change in 6.3 (currently in beta).

RDMs may become, hmm, a tad obsolete with the intro of 6.3 though (watch this space )
