Snapcenter UI Date format in Monitoring Pane and Logs

We are using Snapcenter 4.6. On the monitor tab the dates are not in our locale format for Ireland namely dd-mm-yyyy but rather they are in mm/dd/yyyy (US format):

Is there any way to change this or raise as an enhancement request?

Can SnapCenter date and time format be changed?

According to this kb - SnapCenter date and time format can not be modified and this isn't configurable.
