We've got some old systems that are still running SnapDrive and SnapManager for SQL. There's VMware in my world and we're running Virtual Storage Console. It's past time to upgrade to current software.
- Are there any blogs, guides, etc. about how to do this upgrade?
- In general, is it possible to run the old and new environments in parallel, so I can move systems to the new world one at a time instead of having to do a big upgrade?
Pointers appreciated.
Thanks!

Hello,
There is multiple articles and video available to assist in the migration process. You can check the below documentation and video listed below:
https://library.netapp.com/ecmdocs/ECMLP2440302/html/GUID-D7B62E68-C7EA-42B9-8E2C-98B7BFE0E14C.html

You will not be able to run it in parallel as it will require to uninstall Snapdrive and any Snapmanager product when transitioning to snapcenter.
The document above is for Snapcenter 1.1, the latest version is 4.3.2. You will need to verify which version by checking compatibility with windows and Ontap environment.
Thanks
