sdcli dll error on Windows 2008 R2 64-bit

On all of my Windows 2008 R2 64-bit servers, I get "Loading SnapDriveRes.dll" when attempting to run sdcli. Is anyone else seeing this?

Disabling UAC helped in my case.

and now to completely turn off UAC i need to restart a vital server in the middle of the day... fantastic.   UAC is for my grandmother's PC... NOT A SERVER.
