NetApp Knowledge Base (KB) is the primary repository of support content for all NetApp Products and Services. Here, you will find solutions, answers and procedures written by our technical experts to help you solve your issues quickly.

We recently revamped the Knowledge Base with enhanced navigation and search functionalities. If you haven’t done so already, we encourage you to take a tour of our new and improved KB site.

 

When we started the overhaul of the KB site, our goal was to make it easy for you to find the information you need with minimal effort. We focused on improving the navigation and enhancing the search functionality of the site.

 

Navigation: Product categories and guides

The articles in the KB site are now organized into product categories and guides that makes it easy to find specific set of articles. We’ve also provided you insights to help you use our content effectively.

For instance, within a guide, you can view the Most popular, Highest rated, Recently updated, and Recently added articles under the Featured articles tab.

 

 

 
 

Search: Search globally or within a specific category

We’ve tried to improve your search experience on the site by providing two search options. You can either do a global search to find the information you are looking for, or search within a guide or a product category to narrow down your search and get better results.

 

Downloadable PDF: Download and read KB articles offline

Try out our new PDF feature available at the article level. However, we must caution you that our site is very dynamic, and we are constantly updating our articles to ensure that you always have the latest information at your fingertips.

 

Feedback Mechanism: We want to hear from you!

There are several ways you can send us your feedback. You can use the feedback option on the Home page or use the Help and Feedback pane on the right side of any page to give us your feedback about the KB site. If you want to give feedback on a specific article, you have the feedback option available at the end of each article. We truly value your feedback and make all efforts to address your concerns as soon as we can.
