SANtricity ASUP - SSL broken?

Hi

Since Friday 09.10. none of our SANtricity stations can deliver ASUP messages via https, error code is:

The AutoSupport feature was unable to deliver the sample AutoSupport message to the ASUP gateway server.
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

SANtricity is version 11.53.0G00.14, test via http works fine.

Also, the SANtricity downloadpage is doing nothing, just endless "Loading..."

Hi dimgo,

Thank you for sharing this update.

We did identify the root cause of the problem by 11AM CT. The issue was related to a back-end change on the ASUP servers that occurred over the weekend. The change was reverted and AutoSupports for E-Series should be working again now.

Hello,

We are experiencing some AutoSupport delivery issues for E-Series using HTTPs delivery protocol. We are investigating the issue internally at NetApp.

In the meantime, you may use HTTP for the delivery method instead of HTTPs. We believe that HTTP is working at this time.

Looks like the issue is solved. Are systems are able to sent ASUPs again.
