Hi,
after installing the SRA plugin 5.5 the storage arrays configuration fail with this message.
Controllers are E5500 with firmware version 8.10. vCenter is 5.5, ESXi os is 5.5
SRA command 'discoverArrays' failed:
Cause:
Array at IP x.y.z.w nad x.y.z.z is not manageable via SRA.
Unknown storage array type, not supported by SRA.
I suppose that the IP address to insert are the management ones of the two controllers A and B of the two arrays. Is it so?
We've discovered that (as from build) the SRM version installed is 5.8, out of matrix. Could it be this the cause of this issue?
