I have a customer with an E2800 with dual-personality FC/iSCSI SFPs. It should have been iSCSI but came with the FC personality feature set. Now we're trying to generate a new new key as outlined in the online help documentation. The problem starts when we enter the details in the portal (http://partnerspfk.netapp.com/apbu/fast/actvn/netapp). The portal throws up an error: "There is No Key returned for this transacton. ERP validation was done successfully. Please check with the concered team."
