You didn't list what system you're receiving the error on, but believe the error code from the "E5700 and E2800 System Monitoring Guide" would be same for other systems. From the guide I see "OELr" is error code means a component that is not a field replaceable unit (FRU) has been replaced (see attached picture). If a component had failed and needed to be replaced that isn't a FRU, believe a call to NetApp Support is needed.
