Hello Local_Admin,

On E-Series, there is not a way to convert traditional Volume Groups (VGs)to Dynamic Disk Pools (DDPs) nor the other way around. VGs and DDPs lay out data and parity in very different ways so converting them isn't possible.

If you want to switch to a VG or DDP, you will have to create a new DDP or VG and migrate your data to it.
