FlexPod should be Supported with that product as we take an open management approach. To confirm support you can check the new FlexPod IMT filter (link marked 'FlexPod' towards the bottom) on the Support site. BTW, we have a validated design for CloudPlatform as well as a TR on OpenStack, and there are Cisco publications on UCS Director (formerly Cloupia) available if you are still gathering information about FlexPod management in general.
