Dear All,
we're deploying a new Flexpod system which is composed of Netapp FAS 2554 filler, cisco nexus 5548UP fabric switch and 5108 UCS blade chassis having two 460 series blade servers.
all ports used for filler cliuster are up and working (we've used e0e and e0f for cluster connectivity)
all management ports are up and working
ports connected to cisco nexus 5548UP fabric switches are physically up but when we see FC/FCoE ports status on the oncommand system manager both e0c and e0d are being shown as "link not connected". kindly advise on this issue
Regards

Hello,
Have you configured the VSAN/VLAN and its membership? Did you bind the vfc interfaces to the physical ports of switch which is connected to FAS? There are lot of possibilities for misconfiguration. I would recommend to run our ConfigAdvisor tool which will narrow down to the exact configuration errors(if any). You can access the tool and its resources from the below link.

Let me know what errors you see from the tool.
Thanks,
Karthick
