3rd Party support

We're a NetApp / VMware ESXi shop, with current support on our NetApp hardware. But questions come up sometimes that are more training and "hand-holding" than support. How would you suggest we go about finding a 3rd party NetApp consultant/vendor in our area (it would be great if they were also VMware-aware).

Ask around to friends you know that also run NetApp and who they use.   

Ask your NetApp account team.
