Can't find the link to download ONTAP simulator

Why i'm not reaching the ONTAP simulator download page (http://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/simulator) ? 

I am always getting a pop-up message saying "This page is not available on the new site yet. You can use the feature on this page and then return to the new site to see all navigation options". But i can't able to find link to download the ONTAP simulator in that new site also.

No tools is available on both the links. 

Is it because i'm a guest user? 

Should i register the product inorder to get that page?
