switch model Connectrix DS-6630B

Hi All,

We recently encountered EULA acceptance error during our upgrade on below path.

Planned upgrade path is 8.2.2d4 → 9.0.1x* → TruFOS Install → 9.1.1x* → 9.2.0x → 9.2.2b.
1)upgrade from 8.2.2d4 → 9.0.1x* - was completed through CLI, how ever unable to login console post reboot. We ended up with "EULA ACCECPTANCE" error as below

l11-ds@server1 $ ssh admin@x.x.x.x(switchip)

admin@x.x.x.xs password:

Failed to process EULA acceptance, auto-logout

Connection to x.x.x.x closed.

Hi All,

We would like to share, The error  EM-1049 on IC bus was the reason  for the issue,

Resolution was -  We did power off the switch and  with removing the SFP of each port and reinsert the SFP.  Post power on and  enable the switch, we are able to login the console. Error EM-1049 was not reflecting and FRU was healthy .

Also we validated  and found faulty SFP  which was replaced later.

We have completed with upgrade without any issues.
