Hi there,
I've posted an article that discusses how our data is being used by banks of the future. Here's an excerpt from the blog:
"Consumers will benefit
It is a win-win situation. Banks “milk” our data to come up with new services we’ve never experienced before. We obey Jane the smart and pretty chatbot on our phones when she gently advises that we’ve had 5 milky lattes this week, and we should go try an Americano instead............."
Nothing heavy, just some light-hearted ramblings around my observations of the changes happening in our everyday lives.
Would be happy to get any feedback or alternate views on the impact of data, artificial intelligence on how banks are changing.
