How do I transform HA-PAIR VMs (deployed from Ontap Select) to Stretch Metrocluster (SDS)

Hi,

Il have deployed from "Ontap Select" an HA-PAIR cluster. I have PREMIUM license on both nodes.
On Ontap Select, I don't have the option to directly deploy  Stretch Metrocluster.
My question is, How do I transform HA-PAIR to Strech Metrocluster ? Is there a procedure ?
Thank you for your response.

The docs say you need to move one or both nodes to be farther apart:

> Two-node MetroCluster SDS is defined as a cluster for which nodes are physically separated (different rooms, different buildings, and different data centers) by more than 300m.

https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/ontap-select/concept_ha_config.html#two-node-ha-versus-two-node-stretched-ha-metrocluster-sds

You need to make sure it meets the requirements, especially network latency and such. Also, mediator service should probably be moved to a 3rd site because unlike when the HA nodes are in the same location, colocating mediator with one of the nodes could make cluster go offline during split brain situations.

ok, the two architects are the same from a system configuration point of view.
