How to enable a new colleague to see our systems in mySupport

Hi friends,

we have a new colleague, he has a NetApp mySupport account.

But how do I manage it, that he can also see/manage our companys systems?

Search all through the support site, but did not find where to do this....can anybody pls. give me a hint?

Hi,

 

He needs to register a new account with the company email address. Or request a change of company&email if he has an existing NetApp account.  upon doing either of them, he will be asked to provide a serial number of one of the NetApp products at this company (if using ONTAP use the command "node show -fields serialnumber").
