Unified Manager is not receiving subscribed EMS Events

Hi,

We used to receive the subscribed EMS events into our Unified Manger event page, but we had to do a re-cabling of our Netapp disk shelfs lately & now we do not receive any System Manager subscribed EMS events into the Unified manager Event page, what could be the reason for this?  & How to fix this issue ?

assuming you referring to Cdot. For some reason the script on OCUM that register the EMS alerts on the clusters is not so reliable.

run the command "event route show -destinations <OCUM Server>" to see if it's registered.

you can then set it manually with "event route  modify"

Yes this is Cdot & I have checked the connection by using the command event route show -destinations <OCUM Server> & it shows as my OCUM is registered & I have manually set EMS alerts thru the CLI but the issue is the same
