I have a shelf ds14mk2 errors what should i do?

I have a shelf ds14mk2 with 300gb fc hard disks on a FAS960 equipment, that has the following errors:

Power led on (green)

Faul led off

Loop A led on (green)

Loop B led on (green)

System led on (amber)

I ran the enviroment comand and showed "no errors detected"

What should i do? or what does this errors means, Thank you!

It's a 7 or 8 year old controller with no modern software support... iirc... (r200 images will work)

1. Upgrade the shelf firmware.

2. Reboot the shelves (disruptive!)

3. Hit the thing with a big hammer and have it taken to electronic recycling.
