unable to detect filers using performance advisor

Hello,

I am unable to detect my two filers using performance advisor checked all http & https connections but no luck.

i opened all the ports which are required for operations manager for filer to communicate.

can any one direct me on this ..?

In performance manager it is just a case of going to setup and hosts.  Have you tried logging onto the performance manager server and pinging the filers?  Also try a Filerview session but it should work OK if the server can talk to the filer management port.

Hello folks ,

I am getting the error when i ran dfm host diag filer_name

XML (https port 443)   Can't connect to host (err=5).   can any one point what is the issue.

I have the same error message today and found out that reconfigure of ssl solve the problem.

filer:

secureadmin setup ssl
