Hope the day is treating everyone well. I have a customer who is having issues with OCUM plugin for SCOM. They are able to collect info on volumes, luns, space allocated/used, etc.... But they are not able to collect data on info like snapmirror replication latency, iops, CPU usage. Is there anything they could be missing that would cause these issues to happen? They currently have (2)FAS6240's running 8.2P6 7-mode and (2)FAS3160's on the same code. Any assistance that can be provided is greatly appreciated.
