SMHV Error - Snapdrive Error

Hi,

When i launch SMHV backup, i have an error report with this error :

An error occured while processing snapshot creation response from SnapDrive.

A snapdrive error occured while processing snapshot creation request. SDSnapshotCreate failed  Backup status of the virtual machines involved in this backup operation

i have uninstall snapdrive and reinstall, same issue...

Have an idea ?

Please check the Windows Application event log on the Hyper-V host where you are getting this error. This log may have an error event describing why SnapDrive failed to create a snapshot.
