cannot login to ONTAP 9.0 over https

when i try login using web browser i receive error: 404 not found. i looked at configuration SSL is up, firewall have allow rule for ssl, web service on cluser, and node is up. i tryed with powershell command

$connection = connect-NcController 192.168.99.171 -HTTPS

i receive credential window, when i type my credential, i'm not loged.

what ido?

If you are using your domain account make sure you domain tunnel is setup , if not, make sure you have setup security login apps correctly for powershell

when i type command 'network connections listening show' i receive like on picture. in this location i don't see port 443.
