Where is the link at on NOW site? Its not under Software, -or under Tools, so can someone please point me to specific link url? Thanks in advance-

This is a communities download, not on NOW:

You do need to login to get these bits I believe.

A Tech OnTap Newsletter just went out (Oct 13th, 2010) that pointed folks first to the community then it pointed people to login into NOW to get the bits themselves .. but there is nothing there. I had to come back here and stumbled across this notice.
