Not receive Netapp NS0-161 certificate passed on 22-Sep-2020

I have passed NS0-161 exam on 22-Sep-2020, how much time it will take to receive my certificate. and from where i will download the certificate.

Yet I have not received certificate, even I contacted ncp@netapp.com twice but no reply yet,  how to get it, urgent for me.
