Guest accounts do have access to all WBTs. It looks like you just created your account today. Access can take a few hours.
You can try clearing your cache and logging back in to http://learningcenter.netapp.com.
If you are still having trouble, please reach out again.
Hi. I created the account about 24 hours ago. I tried deleting cookies and logging in again, but nothing happened.
I contacted support, but it seems my learning account isn't there.

I confirm that support resolved everything via ticket. I hadn't been able to update the post yet.

I am stuck at the same point: account created last friday, after the weekend with my account I still cannot enroll the WBT because of the same error. Probably I still have not got any "NetApp Support Site ID"
I have reached the "Non-Technical Case" web page: can you confirm I have to create a case to have my account linked to a NSS Id?
