Online Training through SABA

I think I must have taken the introductory Cluster class four or five times, and the assessment more times;  My score or results are never saved, and the training is always in my list as not having been taken.  I've sent SABA a support request at least a week ago, but have heard nothing.  Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

BTW, I've tried both Firefox and the new Edge, with the same results.

When you launch the course, new windows will pop-up.

One will have this message:

"Content opened in a new window. This player must remain open while the content is running in order for your progress to be tracked. Please close this player once the content window is closed."

Please make sure to keep this windows open while taking the course.
