When will I received my certificate ??? confused!!

I passed my NCDA exam (NS0-153) on 2010-Mar-08.I filled up and submitted the transcript through below link

I Received the below message from netapp (elearnin@netapp.com ) after filling above:

(The result of your NS0-153 NetApp Storage Networking exam has been received into the certification tracking system, and will now show up in your history. No action is required on your part to receive proper credit for the exam)

Tracking system shows no data end I have still not received my certificate after 3 month.netapp site (http://www.netapp.com/us/services/university/certification-faq.html#faq8) says it takes maximum 6 weeks for dispatching certificate.fyi nobody is replying back on elearnin@netapp.com email address

CAN ANYONE KNOW THE NETAPP EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER WHERE I CAN FOLLOW- UP FOR MY CERTIFICATE ???????

As far as i know you won't get any certificate as you only have given the NSO-153 test. NCDA contains 1 more exam NSO-163, only after you successfully clear this exam, you are entitiled to recieve NCDA certificate.....

You must pass either the combination of exams NS0-153 and NS0-163 or the NS0-154 exam to achieve your NCDA credential.

(1) Once you pass both exams NSO-153 and NSO-163, you are entitled to have a certificate either in pdf format or by mail

(2) Log in to the link below:

http://netappusupport.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/netappusupport.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php

(3) Go to tab "Ask a Question". Once you fill out, you will have the case ID for your reference.

(4) Check with them if the mail has been queued since you already passed both exams, if not, they will assist you to put your request on queue.

(5) Once your paper certificate arrives, you will also get a NetApp badge with tag "NetApp Certified Professional"
