Anyone help on the cable connectivity for FAS 2240-2 Dual controller For FC san

ACP port is there is that required for connectivity if yes how?

ACP is not for connectivity,meant for automatic disk shelf management.

The FC ports, if they are installed, are configured as initiators by default. You will need to reconfigure them to target mode.

Use these commands:

filer1> fcadmin config -d 1a

filer1> fcadmin config -d 1b

filer1> fcadmin config -t target 1a

filer1> fcadmin config -t target 1b

filer1> fcadmin config -e 1a

filer1> fcadmin config -e 1b

filer2> fcadmin config -d 1a

filer2> fcadmin config -d 1b

filer2> fcadmin config -t target 1a

filer2> fcadmin config -t target 1b

filer2> fcadmin config -e 1a

filer2> fcadmin config -e 1b
