ISCSI configuration best practice

Hi,

 

I need to configure my stockage as SAN with ISCSI protocol.

My cluster has 2 nodes with 2 ports free each.

This Netapp is connected to 2 switchs (VPC Nexus).

 

What is the best practice ?

I thought, make 2 subnets and configure 2 lifs per node with each subnets ?

On each nodes, one port is connected to one switch and the other one to the second switch .

 

I hope i can make me understand.

Your design idea looks fine to me - "It is recommended that all SVMs in ISCSI configurations have a minimum of two LIF’s per node in separate Ethernet networks for redundancy and MPIO across multiple paths."
