Netapp 9.8 p4| CIFS AD Object Operating System shows as Windows 10....

Hello everyone,

i have migrated Fileserver from FAS8020 to  FAS8300 . for enabling  File audit in AD Audit plus, the object is not listed.

as checked with AD Audit plus team,  they have concluded  Operating version in AD Object is shows as Windows 10.

can i change OS information in AD or it will cause an issue.

i don't have this issue with FAS8020 or FAS2240.

This is a software issue. If any, the behavior should follow the Ontap version. 

Is it happening on a newly created Vserver on the 8300? if not maybe recreating the machine account will help.
