Hello,

I know you will post me 10000 answers about CISCO switches about TCP frame window and so on.

But I want to know, WHY I BUY THE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE HW WITH THIS ISSUE IN 2017??????????????????????????????????

Guys from NetApp please fix it. In google you can find 1000 question with the same issue: "CIFS performance".. Could you please fix it?????

The answer: 

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Solution:

Please turn off all new features on all your SW which are connected to NetApp (W).
