when running netdiag comes back with this on about 3 interfaces. what does it mean? is it the physical cable that is wedged or network overload?

 

The interface c0a seems to be wedged.
You can try to unwedge the interface by resetting it. You can
either pull out and re-insert the network cable, or you can change
the mediatype to something other than the current setting, wait for
5 seconds, and then restore the mediatype to the current setting.

Wedged interface can be a number of things. Generally, it's "hung" for whatever reason and not responding to requests.

 

I'd follow the suggestions in the error and then follow up with a support case.
