I have a new netapp 2554 in 7-mode. NFS, FC, SnapRestore, FlexClone was necessary. Whether before implementation I thought not to transfer to me to cDOT? Whether costs? And whether there are step by step instructions as to make it?

You'd need to talk with your account team about any cost to convert your licensing over to C-Mode.
All the documentation to re-install as a Cluster Mode system is on the mysupport.netapp.com site.
If it were my choice on a brand new installl, then I'd rather go forward with Clustered ONTAP.
I hope this response has been helpful to you.

Hi Avinchakov!
When you do transition this sytem to cDOT, be sure to use version 8.3 or later. ONTAP 8.3 had some storage efficiency enhancements for the 2500 series that can increase your usable storage by 50% compared to version 8.2.

avinchakov,
Yes, 8.3 has Advanced Drive Partitioning or ADP is perhaps one of the most significant features of Clustered DataONTAP 8.3 (perhaps Flash performance might be as well). Why? Because it will dramatically affect the usable space for entry level and extreme performance systems.
Where it comes with Disk Slicing, Can compare the storage efficiency as below with Disk Slicing (DS) and without.
