8.1.1 ONTAP mode compatibility

Hi to all

I have upgrade a FAS 3140 from 8.0.3 to 8.1.1 and I have very poor performance on Storage/disks that ESX server are(after the upgrade) is there any limitation that I can use due to H/W concerning the ONTAP upgrades?

It may be a number of different things going on, not necessarily associated with any hosts.
