AWS Fsx ONTAP Volume file security permissions unable to set propagation_mode

I am creating file security permissions and DACL for a NTFS volume using following

however the propagation mode does not show up in the output. Please can you advice on how to get the propagation mode setup. There is no error from above call but when I get file permissions there is no field propagation_mode showing up.
