Aggregate failed due two disk failures and one disk reconstruction stalled.

One of the four aggregates has failed and gone offline. It's showing two disks have failed and one disk in reconstructing stalled. It shows raid group is missing two disks.

It is possible to recover data in this case?

How to identify physically the failed disks and their location in shelf as there is no abnormal indication?

I would open a P1 case because this requires urgent attention. There are some wafliron things to try but we have to move quick.
