ISVs who provide solutions based on FPolicy are NetApp partners, so it's not very likely that someone from NetApp would suggest to avoid them.
Each of those choices isn't just a GUI for FPolicy - they do other things and provide other features, so for certain use case one may be better than others, and sometimes it simply depends on one's preferences.
List your must-have requirements and check them against the features offered by each, compare pricing, support and other basic things and maybe check external, 3rd party (as well as each vendor's?) forums for user feedback?
