Strangely autosupports stopped being generated for this system. The autosupport folder for every autosupport is not being created.
I can see on the EMS logs the following:
<asup_general_drop_1 sequence="146555" trigger="callhome.performance.data" detail="AutoSupport event time (2022-10-03 03:00:03) is older than the maximum age threshold (86400 seconds) from the current time (2022-10-04 03:00:11)" parameters="subject="PERFORMANCE DATA", "/>
Has anyone seen this?
Apparently the process is being held in the autosupport queue until it is dropped because of this age threshold.
