Hi Team, Which is the best mode to work in NetApp ? for PAM Module ?

Personally I would leave it at default (metadata for PAM I and normal for PAM II/FlashCache). Do not forget that you also can fine tune what gets cached (at least to some extent) per volume using FlexShare.
