Change Netapp FAS 2253 Management IP/Cluster IP ( Ontap 8.3)

We are planning to change the IP structure on our infrastructure and need to change our Netapp FAS 2554 Management/Cluster IP Address

Can you please advise how can I proceeded since am fresh in NetApp.
