I would like to check log files of Netapp cluster.Where can i get log files.Please suggest me.

There’s a way to access logs using https via spi: https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=1012580&locale=en_US
While trying to access the above link i am getting unauthorised error.So please suggest me if any other way avilable to find cluster log files.
