Configure Virtual IP for Management Ontap 9.11.

Hello Guys

A Storage was configured with Ontap 9.11., which each node has its Management IP and the cluster was configured by cli, since due to a firewall issue the Storage is still not reachable.
I need to be able to configure a management virtual ip (vip) by cli, but I couldn't find the command, and I only found how to configure BIP with BGP.

The data is:

CTRL01: 10.10.10.21
CRTL02: 10.10.10.22
VIP: 10.10.10.20
