I'm trying to allow access to the GUI for a user with a custom role but the login always fails. SSH works fine, and if I change the role to readonly or admin it works fine. Any thoughts? Thanks!

otherwise it won’t work with the GUI
Yup, I have both ontapi and http enabled. As soon as I switch to a built-in role it will work.
