Custom Role access to Oncommand GUI

I'm trying to allow access to the GUI for a user with a custom role but the login always fails. SSH works fine, and if I change the role to readonly or admin it works fine. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Need to allow login with applications of ontapi and http

 otherwise it won’t work with the GUI

Yup, I have both ontapi and http enabled. As soon as I switch to a built-in role it will work.
