Data Motion question

Hi,

I have a technical question about the capability of Data Motion. I need to know, once Data Motion has been put in place – whether the source and destination can be kept in sync on a timed / scheduled basis prior to cutover. Currently it appears that any mirror updates between source and destination need to be manually updated.

you can edit snapmirror.conf on the target and keep the mirrors running on schedule prior to cutover.  Then the cutover will update snapmirror.conf to semi-sync and all should work.
